The Role :

We’re searching for a Social Media Officer who will not just participate in but shape the digital conversation. Your role involves leveraging AI to streamline content creation and engagement across all our business pillars, ensuring a unified and compelling online narrative.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage a content calendar synced with marketing initiatives, film releases, and significant cultural events.
• Curate a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, film releases, and cultural events.
• Engage with our digital audience, managing communication across social platforms to foster a vibrant community.
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers and brands to broaden our digital footprint.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, integrating fresh platforms and technologies into our strategy.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns, assessing their impact and continuously optimizing our approach.
• Collaborate with our Public Relations team to synchronize messaging across traditional and digital media.
• Proactively manage the online reputation of Benetone Films, ensuring a positive presence in the digital realm.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI.

Qualifications :

• Adept at using AI tools for social media content creation and curation.
• A strong understanding and command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proven expertise in social media management, supported by an impressive portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams.
